North Bay has invested heavily in the downtown area and it shows.  You can walk from great downtown shopping (including a summer farmer’s market) directly to the waterfront where you can take in the beautiful community gardens, fish off the government dock, take a cruise with the Chief Commanda II, play volleyball at Marathon Beach or ride your bike down the Kinsmen Trail.  

Downtown North Bay is affordable, walkable, and has delightful character homes.
