MEET SUE

Why do you love your work?
This work is about people and understanding their needs, and I have always enjoyed being social. The real reward is doing something you enjoy, and knowing that you have helped many people gain wealth through homeownership.

What makes North Bay a great place to live?
It’s beautiful! The surroundings and amenities are incredible for a small city with 2 major lakes, a ski hill, arts center, college/university, shopping, and the airport all within the city limits. People here are about family and enjoying the outdoors.

When I’m not working, you can find me….
Entertaining and cooking for my friends and family. It’s my happy place! Spending time outdoors. Also, I try to explore my creative side with painting and writing.

When I go out on the town, I go…
I love to go out to a nice restaurant and have a great bottle of wine.

I live in Corbeil. Here’s why…
I live in the community of Corbeil in the country, about a 10 minute drive from North Bay, because it is quiet and private.

What neighbourhoods have you previously lived in?
When I first moved to the area, I lived in Callander. Then we purchased a home in the Ferris area and finally in Corbeil.

I support…
I support the hospice, HorseAbility, Casselhome, and the North Bay Real Estate Board, which supports many charities through fund raising. I am always looking for new opportunities to help people in the community.

I was looking for an agent who was informed, proactive, diligent, and responsive to the ongoing changes in the local market. Sue Favretto was exactly that and more. She took the time to learn about the property and what she could do to suggrst a good asking price, before SHE decided even consider taking the listing. And she bent over backwards to get potential buyers through the house often, without making the selling process a nightmare. How human. 5 stars.
